Shipping Policy

• Currently, we only ship to the United Kingdom. All orders that are placed with a delivery address outside of the United Kingdom will be cancelled and refunded.

• We provide free shipping in the United Kingdom for all orders about £50 inc/VAT.

• If you are eligible for free shipping this will automatically be shown at checkout.

• If you are not eligible for free shipping, then we charge a flat rate of £4.99.

• If your order is in stock, then it will generally be dispatched within 1-3 working days. If your order is out of stock it will dispatched within 1-3 working days of it returning to stock. The predicted date for re-stock will be shown on our website, but this is only an estimate and is subject to factors outside of our control.

• Although we expect your delivery to arrive within 2-3 days of dispatch, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. Please consider which days couriers do not work and public holidays as this will affect your delivery timescales.

• During busy times of the year or when national restrictions are in place there could be further delays to your delivery, which are outside of our control.

• Most courier companies require a signature on delivery, so we highly recommend selecting a delivery address where the item can be received in person.

• Once your order is dispatched we will email you with a confirmation and any relevant tracking details.

• We will ship your products using one of the following companies. Please see their websites for tracking:

• Hermes

• Your product will be shipped solely in packaging that can recycled in household waste. Please ensure the packaging is recycled responsibly.

• Collection can be arranged from our address shown below. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any postage costs already paid if you then decide to collect your products:
